Doctor

A sketch that I did for a watercolor painting I later gave as a wedding gift.

Had a great time riding with Jim and his coworkers today. Very little traffic, perfect weather. Had pancakes and omelette and toast and coffee at a diner about 30 miles into the ride. Breakfast rides are excellent.

Almost all our seedlings are doing badly, and we need to re-seed. We may be able to salvage some spinach, that's about it.

If u and Rik decide not to elope after all, and have a proper wedding, please let us know :)
My friend who I gave the gift to: she went to med school later and is a doctor now. She didn't have any such plans during the time of the wedding. Funny how things mesh.

Rik, alas is happily married. And I am doomed to an eternity (or week) of spinsterhood. But I might take you up on the offer if I ever do get married. Interestingly enough, if I do get married, it will be after I get my doctorate!
